AHHHHHH TA DA!

As of late, I have been in contact with KIDS KIDS and MORE KIDS.

Lols, hence the tv programme. I watched Super Nanny and Child Of Our time.BAck to Back.

Yes, I went to Hongkong last Tuesday and was back on Sunday.
Stayed in my Uncle's apartment. And yes, i fell sick. Food poisoning.
DONT ASK WHAT I ATE.
But yes, hongkong is an interesting city. VERY VERY developed. And the service IS way better than Sg's.
The trip raised a few alarming points to me.
Hongkong is REALLY buckin up on its tourism. and Sg has alot to compete with.
And seriously guys, their service is way better than ours.
Which is a very surprising thing because I always heard negative stuff abt the place.
But the most alarming thing was really, the future of Singapore in the tourism field..
BTW, their trains are called MTR. They have similar 'EZ-link' systems. Tap tap tap.

Yes. And of course the best experience to take away from the Hongkong trip was time spent with my dearest father. I fell sick and he REALLY took care of me. Stayed up and gave me my medicine.
AnD GUYS, food poisoning is somethin u wouldnt want to kenna. I VOMITTED EVERY 15 mins.
I couldnt drink water because I would puke even that out.
EW.

Once i was back, had to get back to my service learning. PERTAPIS home.
My class had organized a 3 day camp for the kids of PERTAPIS home and so 20,21,22 were the execution dates.
Very nervous, afraid.
But all turned out good. The experience was truly fun.
And a few of the biggest lessons?
I had this group of guys who were abit difficult. One guy was in the sick bay, the big guys dint wanna play with the younger guys. worst of all, they dint wanna put up a finale item.
Got together with them , talk talk talk...
Second day was jus abit better.. Towards the later part though, when discussing for the finale item , things picked up. after PERSUADING them for 30 mins, and tryin to get them interested in doin SOMETHIN, they decided to put up a skit. *thankGOD!
and i tell you , after that, they were so excited and cute preparing that, it was all worth it really.

Ah yes, at the end of the three days, i felt a slight sense of accomplishment. And yes, alil happy.
It was a combined effort of my class ... and the kids of PERTAPIS home imitated me, waved bye, sang dailamo to me. Lols. its amazing how good you can feel when u just see them smile really.

okay, past all this, i have been busy with my OVERSEAS CIP stuff . mad rush with lesson plans, packin of books. and i really applaud my vice in charge and the logistics team who have been stayin back everyday. god, well all's almost done.
and i m flyin off on TUESDAY. flight is at 605 and i have to report at 4 am.
MADNESS LARRRRRRRRRRRR.
grr...

but oh wells, i will be back for christmas partyin okay. And new year celebrations.
HONESTLY, as much as I dread the A's. i cant wait for this year to end.
