jus dried the tears. after watchin anjali.

its an amazin movie really. other than the terrible lighting and the terrible shots, i think the movie very much encompasses many many other issues.
marital life. sibling love. kids innocence and their honesty.
the adult world. the indian adult world. where the mouth is the busiest organ . and the brain&heart , the rustiest.
complacency. simplicity.

trust me i could go on. but i rather not. if i start then i would get all angsty and preachy.

today was my niece's bday celebration. shes grown so much.... each yr, except last yr.. i have spent her bdays wit her..
shes 4 by the way.. and it kinda scares me to see her grow up.. jus that one day shes gonna face with a terrible truth. and how shes gonna deal with it. in this wretched society.
yea.. ma cousin passed away when she was barely one.
she dint get to call him pa. and it is so amazing how my cousin in law has dealt with it. already when shes at this young tender age, i have seen my cousin in law go thru so much. i m not jus talkin abt the emotional pain that she as an individual has to face.
HELL no, what i m talkin abt= the wretched society.
yet again.

seriously all of u here. how many of u cant wait to be 18, 21 jus to get the license of freedom?
to be 'legal' to club, drink and wat have u. ( not that u arent doin it underage illegally anyways)
ha i kid i kid.
how many of u have ambitions. to be a doctor? to be a channel u superstar/vasantham star/annugrah winner ?

i have said this many a times... and i will say it again.
i dont look forward to growin older. the figures increase, expenditures, financial needs, problems, relationship issues, responsibilities, expectations and dependency increase increase increase.

life eh.
or so they call it.
have u ever wondered what it would be to grow up with a painful secret?
or kids whose ambitions are have 'three meals a day' or 'to see my father once again'
sigh.

ma gramma's maid smiles only at me... this other maid has da same bday with me.
maid number 3 came to me and said ' u are so nice . u the only one treat me so good'
when all i did was to help her clear rubbish and offer her cake.
the maids in my estate stare at me while walkin to the supermarket, clad in their busty lil orange sleeveless tops and khaki shorts.
this maid strikes conversation with me in the lift.
'THE MAID' ... the lead character, the ghost maid has the name esther santhos.

maybe i m readin too much into it.
maybe not .
